All of the homes in McArthur Ranch are bounded by a 10 foot easement, which is maintained by the property owner, but reserved for horseback riding, walking, or bicycle riding. MOTORIZED VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THIS GRASSY AREA BETWEEN HOMES IN MCARTHUR RANCH.
